doctor, My stomach in the left side is pain sice 12 years. I do endoscopy, usg, stool test, urine test blood test ct scan of abdomen are normal but ct report is in focal dilatation of jejunal loops with prominent edematous volvulae conventies. what should I do. what treatment is necessary.
Well come to HCM Thank for asking I really appreciate your concern, the ct findings are not exact specific it can be inflammatory condition but the underlying cause of inflammation is not given so the finding can not be treated, but of course the abdomen pain can be managed with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day, try to come out of the stress, hope this information helps.
