What Causes Foot Inflammation With Pain?

hi. I just had a mri because i have been having alot of pain in mb left foot. Mostly when i walk around house barefoot. It also.pops everytime i step. The dr called and told me i had an abnormal mri. She said there were clusters of cells in my foot that shouldnt bf there and i def had inflammation. They are just not sure ehat it is and want me to go get bond marrow test/ct scan. She said thd cells dont look cancerous. Do u have any idea whst might be wrong and do u think i should get another test?
