What Causes Frequent And Painful Urination?

hi. i'm a 21 year old female and i had unprotected sex last Friday night and took 1.5mg levonelle on Sunday noon. A few hours later i experienced pain when urinating and i had frequent urges to pass urine since then. Is this a side effect of levonelle or is it possible that it might be STD or UTI?
