What Causes Frequent Chest Pain That Lasts For A Minute?
sometimes when I breath in I get a pain in my chest it lasts about a minute before going away, used to happen at least once a year now it is happening a couple of times a week, (pain feels like its in my heart but its not, origniates lower. I am 18 year old female and probably need to lose 8 pounds but not unhealthy.

it's not a cardiac pain, it's may be due inflammation of lining of lungs, acidity problem, musculoskeletal problem. It's a benign condition and needs no specific treatment except You try antacid like pantoprazole 40 mg beforebreakfast once a day, and over the counter medicine like tab diclofenac 50 mg whenever needed.
is there any other symptoms like fever, facial rash, weight loss, then you need evaluation.
