What Causes Frequent Dull Chest Pain?

I have had dull achy chest pain on the left side for about a week now. It was worse the first time it happened, on Sunday, and occurred more frequently throughout the day. Now it happens once or twice a day at random times. It may be psychosomatic but i sometimes have a weird feeling in my left arm.

Since your chest pain is on left side and is associated with left arm discomfort, we should definitely first rule out heart diseases.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and stress test.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
This kind of pain is also due to psychosomatic issues like stress and anxiety.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
