What Causes Frequent Migraines With Tingling In Fingers?

i am a 21 year old female and i am constantly plagued with severe headache several time a week that interfere with daily activity and turning into a migraine at least once a week, my fingers and toes frequently get tingly and numb and are constantly cold. i am not sure as to if these are linked but all of the above named are serious problems for me. please help me... i have brought these things to my doctor and he tells me to take ibuprofen and thats it or he doesnt address the problem at all, and none of the over the counter headache medications work for me. i have a 2 year old son and these headaches affect the way i interact with him
