What Causes Frequent Stomach Pains In My Son With ESR 60?

my son frequently complains about pain in his stomach since last two years but we always thougth its due to stomach infction and treated him for the same but now some doctor suggested us for urine analysis, blood and stool test every thing is ok but his ESR is 60 and the pus cells count in urine is 6-8. we are giving him cefixime 1oo DT but again he is complaing the same and 2-3 days back we had to give the painkiller. always he is traken to the hospital in emergency and two injection for killing his pain is given to him for that. sometimes when the pain goes worst he sarts vomiting too.

Hello,

Your son needs an upper GIT endoscopy as long as all his lab is normal. He might have a peptic ulcer. Give him nexium tab 20 mg twice per day.
