General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Your symptoms are highly suggestive of an urinary tract infection, though usually it is associated with a burning sensation on urination, and urine routine examination usually shows some pus cells.it can be well managed with antibiotics.I usually give cefixime/norfloxacin(should not be pregnant if norflox),along with paracetamol.meanwhile, you take plenty of oral fluids.
Another thing is that, you have marginally high cholesterol and triglyceride level, which needs diet and lifestyle modification.avoid high load of calorie and fat.do regular moderate excercise.
i hope you will find this information useful..thank you.
