What Causes Gas, Stiffness In Vertebra And Headache?
i get these things together, Gas problem, Stiffness in the vertebra and headache.. What i normally do is, I drink a lot of water and then vomit it out.. then take a saridon if required for headache. till date this is the only thing which has worked. Please advise if these are linked problems.. I dont smoke or drink. I sleep well and am doing a night shift sedatory job in a call centre
Your symptoms are of Migraine complicated with developing Spondiloarthropathy. Visit ER, get physically examined. You need to be investigated & treated for migraine. For Spondiloarthropathy, get Imaging (X-Ray, CT, MRI) tests done, get diagnosed. You need medications and help from a Physical therapist.
You are suggested to sleep on a firm mattress without a pillow so that the spine curvature is not stressed. Aerobic exercises & swimming may be of help. Take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for the relief of pain. Avoid oily, junk food as it triggers Acid reflux & may cause gastric problems. Gastritis triggers migraine. Be careful of your diet & do regular exercises. Stay away from addictions if any. Switch to healthy lifestyle.
