Hi, Gastric problem upon eating anything, gases affecting sex life needs proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to look for the cause. The gastric problem is called gastritis and can be due to erythema or even ulcer in stomach or duodenum. Hence, I would advise you the following in such a situation: - Consult a Gastroenterologist - Get an upper GI Endoscopy. - Tests of stool, blood and urine. - Ultrasonography of abdomen. All these will give a proper diagnosis and hence the chance to have a proper management. This may be in the form of Pantoprazole or any other PPI. Domperidone for motility regulation. Antacids when on empty stomach. Antibiotic and Metronidazole if there is any evidence of an intestinal infection.
