Hi I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query.I think I may be able to help you. The symptoms that you have mentioned are possible in a large number of cases. It would therefore need a detailed description of the symptoms and a more detailed examination by a good physician. However, considering the history of possible temporal lobe epilepsy being considered in your case, I think it would be prudent the we consider the possibility of the symptoms being caused by the same problem. There is a condition that is called as aura. This is a condition that frequently occur prior to Frank seizures and often happen alone. The symptoms are usually vague. Fatigue, vertigo, and other such symptoms are the usual features. I would like to think that the symptoms Are due to the same diagnosis. In this case, the ideal dose of medicines that you are on will eventually benefit you. But the dose has to be individualized and so you will need to be patient.
