What Causes Giant Gas Bubble In Upper Back?
I feel like I have a giant gas bubble stuck in my upper back. It has been going on since 10pm last night. I threw up twice, tried sitting up in bed but nothing helped to ease it. I took alka seltzer but then I threw up so I don't know how long it stayed in my system. I'm shaky and hot/cold.

This can be a serious condition live volvulus of the stomach or intestinal obstruction.
You need to visit a Hospital ASAP as you need an urgent X-ray of abdomen in standing position.
Stop taking anything orally till you see a Doctor and get a proper diagnosis.
