Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Many women will develop glucose in urine during pregnancy and also high blood glucose level during pregnancy for the first time and this is called as Gestational Diabetes Mellitus. Your gynecologist will start medicine to lower the glucose level which you should take regularly in order to keep your health and baby health in good condition. It is preferable to have the delivery in the hospital as many babies born to mother who have high glucose are usually bigger. Take your medication regularly and things will be fine. Hope that answers your question.
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
