What Causes Green Colored Stools After Taking Cerazette Pills?

I have recently started taking the Cerazette birth control pill around two to three days ago, and I have started having dark green stools. My main fear is always, always cancer. Also, I had stomach cramps before my period, contraction like pains. I was wondering if it is serious, anything to worry about? I'm so scared I have cancer

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Your query is appreciated, most of the time the green stool is indicative of viral infection and it is not the malignant condition and it is nothing to worry about this, it will be fine soon even no medicine is needed for this, if the condition long last with severe symptoms then and then it may requires the investigation just to rule out the secondary infection and not the malignancy hope this information and advise helps.
