Hi, I'm 22 and suffer from acne. But lately I've been getting these big hard bumps on my face and the cause severe pain and when they pop its nothing but blood. So not only do I have embarrassing acne I have cysts or some thing. What would my problem be?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hard bumps on face which is severe form of acne which occurs whens skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun.
