What Causes Hard Stool Along With Black Color?

hi! i had black stool two times yesterday afternoon and night,i had not been going to toilet for two days.i had no pain at all.my stool is hard and like ball. i do take blood pleasure pill and recently take some gasolim for my stomach digestion and gas cos i used to burt out air.thank you

Hello,

If the symptom of black stool is without abdominal pain, fatigue, nausea, then it may not be due to any illness but it could be due to some diet.

But if it is the very small oozing of bleeding from the GI tract, then it may not cause any symptoms of pain fatigue but of course could cause drop of hemoglobin. So, it can be ruled out and for that watch the level of hemoglobin, and sent the stool for testing.

Meanwhile, try to change the diet, and again drug could be the cause of black stool.
