What Causes Head, Ears, Back And Stomach Pain After Childbirth?

im 21 years old i just had a baby 3 weeks ago. yesterday my head and ears felt like they were on fire i took tylenol it worked a bit, but i woke up at 3am with pain in my back and stomach its now 6am i tried to lay down but that made it worse i took a muscle relaxer at 330 but it didnt work what should i do. i also have a hurneated ublicalcord from first pregnancy

However, other causes of fever like typhoid, urinary tract infection, puerperal sepsis and hepatitis should be ruled out.
