My grandson was doing leg presses when he suddenly experienced the worse head pain of his life. He is 19 years old in shape and has lifted weights for at least 3 years on and off and played soccer for years. This pain was so severe that he was crying after 40 minutes he called his mom and me. I told her to take him to the emergency room. They did an ex ray of his head and ct-scan also gave him something for the pain. Results were fine and sent him home. I years ago was a fitness trainer and body builder for 18 years. Retired now but do not feel comfortable with this. Blood pressure was 160 over 90 normal for him 112/69. He also said his left hand was numb and for the last 5 months complains his stomach hurts and can t eat. Any suggestions?
