I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

From your history your symptoms might be due to Meniere's Disease (Vertigo ).
I advice you to,

- Inj. Calmpose l mL(10 mg) IM twice daily.
- Inj. Stemetil 1ml I.M stat
-Tab. Stugeron thrice a day
- Tab. Vertigon 16 mg twice a day
- Avoid excessive salt and water
- Avoid jerky movements.
- Do labyrinthine exercises after the giddiness stops.
