What Causes Headache, Lightheadedness And Sensitiveness To Smell?

I have terrible headache when I sit up or stand. Also light and smell sensitive. I was in hospital from Tuesday morning til Friday evening, they couldn t help. Had MRI, ct scan, spinal tap, amongst other test done. All came up clear or negative. They told me to take Tylenol and Motrin. But its not helping. What is wrong and what should I do?

Based on the fact that the examinations came up clear, the symptoms seem to be related to migraine.
I suggest to continue using Tylenol and Motrin to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest to avoid factors that can trigger the symptoms.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to take prescription painkillers such as Triptans.
