What Causes Headaches, Body Aches And Weakness And Tiredness All The Time?
I have had a headache for the past three days first it was on the right side of my head. The next day the headache moved to the top of my head. And now the headache is on the right side of my head. I have body aches, feeling very weak and tired all the time. What is wrong with me?

Sometime this happens during a period of physical or mental stress.
Just try drinking enough fluids,take a light diet,and give your body enough rest and sleep.You can also use paracetamol for temporary relief.
If not getting better in -2 days,we have to look for underlying causes like any infection,hypotension etc.Your doctor will guide you in this.
