What Causes Headaches With Constipation?

my daughter is 6 and she has been irritable, emotional, having some headaches, tired, & fatigued. She also has been constipated and I've had to put her on fiber to help her go. Someone said these are symptoms of 6 year molars coming in or dehydration. What do you think?

Hello. I just read through your question. Typically, teething pain causes diarrhea not constipation. I agree that both symptoms of constipation and headache can be caused by mild dehydration. Adding fiber to the diet is a great idea and will help with the constipation. Increased fluid intake will help with the headaches.
