What Causes Heaviness In Head?

This is just an awesome way of helping people! A million! thanks! My question is: I feel heaviness on my head, my blood pressure is normal, heart size normal and lung is clear as per recent x-ray and blood work result was fine. But I feel heavy on my head, how can I alleviate this feeling? When must I see an EENT specialist?

Thank you for choosing HCM

I think that you may have a migraine. A migraine is a common disorder and occurs in many people. It starts because of a trigger factor such as a cold or a fever.

Before you see a Doctor, you can try the following to see if it helps you:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 7 days.
Hope this helps you
