Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If after initiation of antibiotic if he has never developed fever it implies clinical cure and there is no need of repeating any investigation.
Stomach fullness could be non specific complaint unrelated to typhoid. Giving small frequent meals may be beneficial.

Take care
Best Regards
