im a 28 years old male with unremarkable past medical history... suddenly i started to urinate blood . i had i urology consultation ..i had a urine analysis with culture that was remarkable of great amount of blood ..no casts no bacteria was cultured..the i had a ct-u with contrast that was normal. then a cystoscopy that was normal...renal function and all blood tests was normal...but i still have a gross persistent hematuria.. but up to now i have no diagnosis?? do any one have an idea about what to do?
What about INR and Platelet count. How is serum Creatinine, blood urea. Any proeinuria in urine. Any past history or family history of similar hematuria. Get Urine Cytology for malignant cells and Cystoscopy done. There is also a possibilty of u suffering from Glomerulonephritis for which u have to visit Nephrologist.
