What Causes High Fever, Sore Throat, Painful Eyes And Head And Nausea?

Well, i have a 101 fever, my throat is sore, my eyes hurt when i see light, my head hurts (so much that even with ibuprofen, i only got 45 minutes of sleep last night) and i was nauseous yesterday. Also my lower back really hurts. Do you know what this is and how i can treat it?

Hi..
I got your point. I see so many patient daily in my clinic, symtoms you told is of common cold super imposed by Acute Bacterial sinusitis(pain on moving eyeball and can not look at light) and Acute phyringitis or tonsillitis that cause sore throat.
If i was your treating doctor i would test
Xray of paranasal sinuses and a full blood count to cofirm my diagnosis.
Then i would suggest you an antibiotic like moxfloxacin or azithromicin,alongwith antihistamine,paracetamol and tencture bezoin steam inhalation.
As these are prescription drug you doctor will recommend it.
