What Causes Hives And Itching On Body After Taking HCG Shot?
I just finished a 40-day HCG diet - consisted of a shot a day mixed with B12 and staying on a 500-calorie diet. On the night of my last shot, I got hives/itching on bottom of both legs. The next day it moved to my arms. Now it is on my chest and neck. Is this from the HCG?

It could be an allergic reaction to HCG.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 5-7 days. This should resolve it.
