What Causes Hypoglycemia With Normal Glucose Levels And Low BP?

i am a 31 year old male, i usually have symptoms of hypoglycemia (whenever lunch is delayed)but the blood glucose levels were found normal when tested, however B.P. was 49/165 & 62/130 during those symptoms on the last two occasions .what are the indications suggestive of ? & what should be done further

Your diastolic blood pressure is dangerous low. Medically there seems to be a diastolic hypotension. This can be clinically correlated with you symptoms.

This sort of a blood pressure is not good to your health and needs medical intervention and advice.

My sincere advice for you is to consult your doctor and get it completely evaluated.
