Hello dear
Understand your concern
You should have to use mifepristone plus misoprostol not only one tablet of mifepristone. It should be used under the observation of gynecologist to prevent complication and risk of failure.
Mifepristone does not cause bleeding as it cause separation of pregnancy from uterus. So it cause just bleeding. Misoprostol cause bleeding as it cause uterine contraction and expulsion of pregnancy product.
By procedure, mifepristone 200 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour.
Usg should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
So please consult the gynecologist and take misoprostol vaginally to induce abortion.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
