What Causes Increase In BP, Headache After Taking Losartan, Aspirin And Lipitor?

Aortic valve repaired and AAA back in October. BP has been good 117/68 average. On Lossartan and Lipitor as well as Asprin 81mg. Over the last week my BP is going up and today the average over taking it 4 times today is 164/104. I know i should go to doctor - I will call tomorrow, But they are still doing some tests to determine SOB that developed 2 months ago and now I am starting to get some headaches (mild) that i dont normally get. Should i be doing something earlier than tomorrow?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to your history given here it can be said that due to cardiac elements certain symptoms are very likely in such cases that is nothing to worry this is not the medical emergency, headache is not directly related with the cardiac condition even the blood pressure is not that much gone up that you should get worry about this, you are doing fine, hope this information helps you, take care and nice day.
