My boyfriend has a little depression in his cheek. It constantly has pus in it. It can range from a watery-foul smelling discharge to a more solid cheesy foul smelling discharge. He has used acne creams, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and even a topical antibiotic but nothing seems to help. What can we do?
