What Causes Inflammation In The Right Eye?

Hi! Good day. You can call me Dan. I was diagnosed having meningioma in the right orbit of my eye. My doctor said its spread to some parts of my brain that are actually complicated to remove if i undergo operation. He said its 50-50, so i decided not to undergo for operation. And now that it s been months since i was diagnosed, the ptosis on my right eye is getting worse, though the vision is getting well ( i have strabismus external that was not cured at young age. Am 22 now)... my right eye is inflammed and i would like to know how can i decrease the inflammation. Moreover, i start to get dizzy easily and i felt like i start seeing things that were not suppose to exist. Is it one indication that my meningioma is worsening? Looking forward hearing from you
