What Causes Intermittent Abdomen Pain During Onboard In The Sea?

I am a seaman, 42 years old and weighs 97kls and im here onboard in the middle of the sea right now. I am having an on and off stomach pain since yesterday, and got a fever last night. i took Hyoscine Buscopan 10mg twice and the pain quite subsided. But i still feel the on and off pain once in a while. What medicine should i take?

Hello, Being in the sea it is symptom of the motion sickness I can presume is. As A doctor I can suggest you that the drug which you have taken is sufficient and nothing more requires than it. For your fever I can say you can try the Paracetamol 500 mg as and when required. thnx
