A recent pelvic and vaginal scan in Aug 2011 for similair symptons was normal as were my bloods and CA125. I would advise you an MRI of the spine and the posterior abdominal wall to see for Destructed vetebrae due to cancer or tuberculosis, Compression on the spinal cord or affection of the ilio-psoas muscles . Also go for regular stool, urine and blood tests including quantiferon gold test for TB and so on. The treatment will obviously depend upon the diagnosis one gets
