Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think you are suffering from lumbar disc prolapse. There are two options.First option is Rest in position of relief(generally lateral position with both knee bend),NUROKIND GOLD ONCE DAILY and analgesics (Diclofenac three times a day after meals is effective). Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required. This method needs patience as it take up to 6months. Second option is go for surgical operation(Discectomy). You can discuss your treating surgeon.I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
