Hi, my wife has been suffering from constipation, bloating of the stomach, loose motion, breathlessness, stomach pain, persistent dry cough...are these the symptoms of any one ailment or is it multiple ailments? she also bleeds heavily during menstruation

Hello,

As you mentioned she is suffering from both bloating and constipation.

Probably she may be suffering from gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance with respiratory problems like obstructive sleep apnea etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet normaxin. Eat high fibre diet, drink plenty of water.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
