What Causes Irregular Periods And Brownish Discharge?
I ve had my IUD for 3 years now. I ve had periods every month, sometimes twice a month. Now I m having brownish blood with mucous and cramps when I m supposed to havey period and sometimes having my period twice a month again. I need some help with this issue.

Changes in the menstrual cycle with regard to frequency and heaviness of bleeding is normal after IUD insertion, especially if the IUD id hormone eluding like Mirena.
Brownish discharge is indicative of old blood. You may get your normal amount of bleeding soon.
