What Causes Irregular Periods While On Contraceptive Pills?
I m on a birth control pill that allows 4 periods a year. Last month I skipped the period row of pills. I m spotting lightly, but it s brown (old blood) and not very much. Is it safe to douche? Will that help it to go away? This time next week I plan on being sexually active!

Douching will not help you.
Continue your pills regularly and use additional contraception like condom when having sex this time as you have interrupted the course of pills.
