What Causes Itchy Nipples?

Hello, I am a 22yo woman and for the past countless months my left nipple has been so itchy but like on the inside so I have to pinch it to help. I have little sensation there usually because I had breast reduction. Could you let me know what I should do and maybe a few ideas on what could cause this?

Hello,

It could be of great help if you can send a photo of your nipples and breasts so we can evaluate them better.

It might be a case of eczema or allergy reaction. However, a good physical examination is required to determine the right diagnosis.

For the moment, I can only suggest to keep good local hygiene, apply aloe vera gel locally.

All the best.
