What Causes Itchy Rash On Upper Back, Neck And Chest?

when i scratch my skin a rash appears that is really itchy. Mostly on my upper back, lower neck and upper chest. it is in these areas that it feels like a sunburn but it is not sunburn. It seems that scratching or touching skin irritates it and rash appears.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. I would like to know some details about you like - What is your age? Do you have sweating a lot? Does rash worsen in sunlight? etc.

2. From your given history, I would suggest you to take a multivitamin especially containing vitamin B complex (including Niacin) for 2-3 months.

3. I would suggest you to apply a moisturizer/lotion like calamine over the itchy area regularly and take an antihistamine like cetirizine or levocetirizine for symptoms.
