Hello, Thanks for contacting HCM. The pattern of chest pain that you have and its association with lethargy and head heaviness indicate that you may be suffering with Fibromyalgia, also known as anxiety neurosis. The problem of this is that no cause has been pinpointed and so there are different approaches to be dealt with by different doctors. As for my advise to such patients is that, try to ignore such symptoms, assure and re-assure yourself that you are not sick- and this is not any disease. Involve yourself with hobbies you like the most, give some time for exercise, meditation, be positive in your thinking, have balanced diet. To some adding of any multivitamin in their diet helps, to some - yoga or physical activities helps. Hope this will help you out. Thanks, Dr Sanjay Mishra.
