What Causes Lethargy And Fatigue After I Started Jogging?
I am a 38 year old female, work an office 8-5 job, no weekends and holidays, not much stress there. I haven't checked my BP lately but when I go to the doc it's always good. I am overweight, 5'7" and 245 lbs. and recently started walking and slow jogging with my 14 year old. I have cut out refined sugar through the week and only allow myself a couple of sweet treats on the weekends. I drink water and I don't have a sodium problem. I do not smoke or drink. In just the last few days I started feeling extremely tired, fatigued really. Yesterday afternoon I was exhausted, had nausea from the afternoon until evening, and my arms are heavy and achey off and on. I do have hypoglycemia.
As you are experienced hypoglycemia, nausea,fatigue,tiredness,heaviness in arm are all because of hypoglycemia. low level of glucose will cause all these problem.
You can slowly increase the distance you walk. and before starting to walk have little amount of nuts.that will keep you energetic during and after the walk.
plan for healthy diet in proper time interval. include nuts,vegetables,fruits,and avoid junk,fried foods.
don't go for walk or jogging/exercise with empty stomach.take minimal amount of food like banana,nuts,etc

Hai, As your are being overweight,sudden start of jogging,and walking will disturb the Blood flow and muscle fatigue will occur. usually people feel muscle pain,tiredness suddenly they start exercise. As you are experienced hypoglycemia, nausea,fatigue,tiredness,heaviness in arm are all because of hypoglycemia. low level of glucose will cause all these problem.
