What Causes Lethargy, imbalance And Problem In Speaking During Medication For Anxiety?
My husband was put on Paxil and Xanax for panic/ anxiety attacks/. he has been on these meds for over a month. today he co mplains of extreme weakness unsteady on his feet and trouble making verbalm communications. he may have missed more than one dose of paxil. he is also taking soma and Tylenol #4 for chronic pain. could these symptoms be related to missing the doses of paxil?
I could be due to withdrawal of paxil. Paxil contains paroxetine and withdrawal symptoms are very common with paroxetine. In that case, there is nothing to worry. Just take your drug on time and daily, it could improve. In case, you feel weakness or anxiety symptoms, you can take benzodiazepine on sos basis. Rest, you can discuss with your psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
