What Causes Light Headedness, Fatigue And High BPM With The Symptoms Of Anemia?

Hi, I went to the doctor the other day to address some health problems I have. I get fatigued/feel weak very easily In the heat, ill pass out even if only being outside for 10 minutes- also pulse is high When I stand up I feel lightheaded and dizzy Chronic Migraines Also, terrible immune system. Always sick and have had 4 staph infections in the last three years. Was tested for Anemia and doctor said I don t have it. But my MPV was 11.2fL in the range of 9.5 to 10.5 So I just wanted to see if these symptoms and the stuff I told you correlated with anything in particular? Thanks!

Though your Symptoms corelats with anaemia but not always..they may also seen in case of low blood pressure. So first you should go to doctore for same if blood pressure is low than go for other investigation . Till than try lemon juise with salt and see if condition gets better or not..
