What Causes Light Headedness With Numbness At The Tip Of Tongue?

Hi, I'm feeling a bit light headed and the tip of my tongue feels numb. I had a migraine yesterday which I think was brought about from a jolt at kickboxing training on monday. I was holding a pad while my partner kicked it, the force of one kick that hit my chest threw my head back and almost instantly I got a shooting pain through my right eye and this developed into a headache on the right side and then turned into a migraine for most of yesterday.

Anything to worry about or will it sort itself out?
