What Causes Loss Of Sensation On The Left Side Of The Palm And Fingers?

my son 22 years old developed loss of sensation in left hand on palmar side, thumb index and middle fingers, some loss of proprioception in ant chest wall , lower abdominal wall on left side only and a little numbness over the lower aspect of left thigh anteriorly. All this happened just with in span of 6 days, remaining examination is un remarkable.

MRI spine reveals a lesion @ c2 c3 junction posteriorly ,which is enhanced with contrast , no peri lesional edema.

CT brain is normal

CSF analysis is pending.

Sir i need your expert opinion as to what it could be?

what is the prognosis?

what is the plan of action?
