What Causes Low Blood Sugar Levels While On Insulin?
I was recently told that I am diabetic after having acute pancreatis and was put on Lantis and a sliding scale regular insulin. My blood glucose numbers after testing are never high enough to require insulin. Most of the time they are in the 80 to 112 range. Is the Lantuis working that well or is something else going on.

. But Dear it is strange to know that you have been diagnosed with diabetes , but reading found well in range ,after testing .
My suggestion is that you take another doctor's opinion also . Should not carry on the these medicines unneccessarily, you should take surely as and when required .
any way you take care of self --proper nourishing diet containing vitamins,mineral fiber and lot of water and antioxidants -- lemon garlic ginger and coconut water , proper exercise , yoga & pranayam and proper rest . This regimen will help you live healthy happy life, ever after
