What Causes Low Sugar And Prolonged Migraines?

What causes my sugar to dro[p ALL of the time? When I awaken, I have a migraine that doesn't go away and by the time I prepare breakfast, I am past starving. I have to eat every three hours or so and if I wait past the amount of time my body can go (whatever that timeframe is) I have an awful headache on top of the one from the morning. Any sugary food makes this worse. I've been told I have hypoglycemia but nothing was done about it.

low sugars / irregular eating habits can precipitate severe and frequent migraine attacks .you should keep some low cal snacks with you and have them at frequent intervals ie 3-4 hrs or do . Do an ogtt test and fasting insulin levels to check your sugar status .Consult your physician for medication for migraine . nowadays it is largely treatable .
