What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramping While Having UTI?
I was diagnosed with a UTI yesterday......and I have experienced them before, but this time there is a lot of lower abdomen cramping which mimics the feeling of "gas". I understand this type of discomfort yo be normal...but I am also feeling this cramping type " gas " pain floating up higher into my upper abdomen....sometime as high as just under my diaphragm. So my question is, can that upper discomfort also be related to the UTI? Or am I looking at a possible stomach bug too?
I am not nauseous but my appetite is off....no fever etc.....

I advise you do some aerobic exercise like Brisk walking , Jogging or Cycling. Avoid too much of oily food , Non Veg food and eat Citrus fruits . This will improve your Abdominal gas like discomfort.
Any clarification feel free to ask . Happy to answer.
