What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Cramps, Headache, Losing Appetite, Face Turning Pale And Greyish White?

I have lower abdominal pain mainly on left side although full stomach sometimes cramps during the day. Recently been getting headache which I don t normally get. Also a few times through out the day I take dizzy turns this has all been happning for the past 3-4 days. I have also lost my appetite and my face is very pale, greyish white in colour. What could this be?

The specific cause will depend mostly on whether or you are male or female. If you are a female, then the cause might be pelvic, urinary or gut. Looking at your symptoms it is possible (assuming you are female) you maybe suffering from PID or UTI or stomach flu. Any of those diseases can present with those symptoms as you have described. Other causes are possible but occur rarely. If you are a female, I also suggest you conduct a pregnancy tests, just in case the problem is pregnancy related.
If you are a male, then your problem might from gut or urinary.
You obviously will need the assistance of a doctor.
